AWS Class ENiCrMo-13 Coated Electrodes generally consist of Nickel (Ni) 55–63%, Chromium (Cr) 20–24%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Iron (Fe) ≤5%, Cobalt (Co) ≤5%, and minute quantities of Carbon (C ≤ 0.05%), Manganese (Mn ≤ 1%), and Silicon (Si ≤ 0.5%). These electrodes provide superior mechanical properties, tensile strength of approximately 760 MPa, yield strength of about 600 MPa, and 25–30% elongation. Having a melting point of about 1350°C and density of about 8.5 g/cm³, they provide superior performance in severe corrosion and high-temperature conditions, positioning them well to be used for welding complicated alloys.
