Maraging 250/300/350 Sheets and Plates consist predominantly of Nickel (18–19%), Cobalt (7–12%), Molybdenum (4.6–5.2%), Titanium (0.3–1.6%), and trace amount of Carbon (≤0.03%). These steels possess remarkable mechanical properties, such as tensile strength between 1700 MPa (Maraging 250) and 2400 MPa (Maraging 350), and yield strength between 1550 MPa and 2200 MPa, with elongation of approximately 8–12%. Physically, they have good dimensional stability, high toughness, and weldability. Their ultra-high strength and resistance to crack growth even after aging make them appropriate for highly stressed parts with the need to provide superior performance over a long period of time.
