Jyoti Steels is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of pure Tungsten Rods with headquarters in Mumbai, India. Famed for precise manufacturing and conformity to international standards, Jyoti Steels provides tungsten rods having unparalleled strength, heat resistance at high temperatures, and corrosion tolerance. The rods come in diversified diameters and purity levels for applications in the aerospace, electronic, medical, and defense sectors. With emphasis on timely delivery and quality, Jyoti Steels is a preferred supplier of tungsten-based solutions in domestic as well as international markets.
Tungsten Rods usually contain 99.95% pure tungsten, with negligible impurities including Mo ≤ 0.01%, Fe ≤ 0.002%, Ni ≤ 0.002%, and Si ≤ 0.002%. They possess a tensile strength of 700–1000 MPa, hardness of 350–400 HV, and are extraordinarily strong even at high temperatures. They have a density of ~19.3 g/cm³, and possess an exceptionally high melting point of 3422°C. Tungsten rods have good thermal and electrical conductivity, high elasticity modulus, and better wear resistance and are therefore suitable for high-performance and high-heat applications.
