Alloy C263 Foil is a nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum superalloy consisting of Nickel (50–55%), Cobalt (19–21%), Chromium (19–21%), Molybdenum (5.6–6.1%), Titanium (1.9–2.4%), and Iron (up to 0.7%), with minor traces of Carbon, Aluminum, and Boron. Mechanically, it possesses a tensile strength of around 130–140 ksi and superior creep resistance up to 760°C. The alloy’s density is 8.36 g/cm³ and its melting point is around 1355°C. Alloy C263 has good weldability, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature strength, which makes it suitable for use in applications that need formability and long-term stability under severe conditions.
