Beryllium Copper Foil Sheets and Plates generally consist of approximately 1.8–2.0% Beryllium, 0.3% Cobalt, and the remainder Copper (approx. 97.7–97.9%). This alloy has a high tensile strength of 1100–1400 MPa, yield strength of approximately 700 MPa, and good hardness (up to 38–44 HRC following heat treatment). It has good electrical conductivity of 22–28% IACS and density of about 8.26 g/cm³. The alloy has a melting point of around 870°C to 980°C, good fatigue strength, and non-magnetic behavior, which makes it suitable for precision electronic and mechanical parts.
