Tungsten Foil is typically composed of 99.95% or higher pure tungsten, with minimal impurities such as Mo ≤ 0.01%, Fe ≤ 0.002%, Ni ≤ 0.002%, and Si ≤ 0.002%. It offers exceptional mechanical strength with a tensile strength of 700–1000 MPa and hardness of 350–400 HV. The foil is highly ductile in annealed condition. Its physical properties include a density of 19.3 g/cm³, an extremely high melting point of 3422°C, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Tungsten foil performs reliably under extreme temperatures and radiation, making it ideal for high-tech applications.
