They provide a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa, yield strength of 283 MPa, and elongation of 45%. With a density of 8.69 g/cm³ and melting point range of 1350°C–1400°C, Hastelloy washers exhibit exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking under aggressive chemical and thermal conditions.
