Haynes Bars consist of high-performance alloys like Haynes 188 or Haynes 25, which have Co 39–52%, Cr 20–24%, Ni 15–22%, W 13–15%, and trace elements of C ≤ 0.1%, Fe ≤ 3%, Mn ≤ 1.25%, and Si ≤ 0.4%. The bars provide a tensile strength of 930–1000 MPa, yield strength of approximately 450–600 MPa, and elongation of 20–30%. Physically, they exhibit a density of ~9.1 g/cm³ with a melting range of 1300–1400°C. These characteristics guarantee excellent performance in corrosive and high-temperature applications.
