Nickel Alloy 200 Fasteners consist of a minimum of Nickel (≥99.0%), along with trace elements like Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Silicon (≤0.35%), Carbon (≤0.15%), Sulfur (≤0.01%), and Copper (≤0.25%). These fasteners have excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. The density is 8.89 g/cm³ and the melting range is 1435–1446°C. Nickel 200 offers excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, magnetic properties, and excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals, which makes these fasteners appropriate for highly demanding industrial applications.
