Nickel Alloy Nuts are generally produced from Nickel 200 or similar grades. The chemical composition consists of Nickel (≥99%), with controlled levels of Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Copper (≤0.25%), Silicon (≤0.35%), and Carbon (≤0.15%). The nuts provide good mechanical properties with tensile strength of about 380 MPa, yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. The density is approximately 8.89 g/cm³, while the melting point is approximately 1446°C. Nickel alloy nuts are not magnetic and possess better corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and heat stability, which is perfect for demanding industrial uses.
