Jyoti Steels is a prominent Nickel Alloy Forging manufacturer and supplier in Mumbai, India, providing fine-quality forged parts that sustain the tough specifications of industrial uses. These forgings are produced with superior-grade nickel alloys that show high corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and high-temperature performance. Jyoti Steels provides custom and standard forgings in diverse sizes and shapes to suit the specific requirements of industries like aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and power generation. With an earnest focus on precision engineering and punctual delivery, Jyoti Steels promises consistent performance in mission-critical applications.
Nickel Alloy Forging usually consists of Nickel (99.0% min), with small amounts of Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Copper (0.25%), Carbon (0.15% max), and Sulfur (0.01%). They are responsible for good corrosion resistance and heat stability. The mechanical properties are a tensile strength of 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. Nickel alloys provide a high melting point of 1435–1446°C and a density of 8.89 g/cm³. They are nonmagnetic, exhibit good electrical and thermal conductivity, and function exceptionally in cryogenic as well as high-temperature environments.
