Nickel Alloy 200 Tubing is mainly consisting of Nickel (99.0% min), with smaller constituents like Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Copper (0.25%), Carbon (0.15% max), and Sulfur (0.01%). This constituent provides very good resistance to caustic alkalis as well as reducing chemicals. The tubing has a tensile strength of 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. It possesses a melting point range of 1435–1446°C and a density of 8.89 g/cm³. It also exhibits superior conductivity and thermal conductivity, as well as good performance in both sub-zero temperatures and high temperatures.
