Jyoti Steels is a premier manufacturer and supplier of Nickel Alloy 201 Flanges in Mumbai, India, providing high-performance flanging solutions for challenging industrial applications. Produced from low-carbon, high-purity nickel, these flanges demonstrate superior corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength. Jyoti Steels provides a comprehensive range of Nickel 201 flanges, such as weld neck, slip-on, blind, and threaded types, designed to meet diverse industrial specifications. With its high commitment to quality and service, the company caters to industries such as chemical processing, power generation, marine, electronics, and food processing in both domestic and international markets.
Nickel Alloy 201 Flanges consist of Nickel (99.0% min), Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Carbon (0.02% max), Copper (0.25%), and Sulfur (0.01%). The low carbon content increases resistance to graphitization at high temperatures. These flanges have a tensile strength of approximately 403 MPa, yield strength of 103 MPa, and elongation of 45%. They possess a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1435–1446°C. Nickel 201 also has superior thermal and electrical conductivity and is thus highly suitable for use in corrosive and heat-affected service conditions.

Nickel Alloy 201 Flanges are utilized in situations where high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are desired. In chemical plants, they are used in piping systems carrying caustic solutions, acids, and high-purity chemicals. In power plants, they are employed in condensers, heat exchangers, and in boiler connections. They are even used in aquatic environments for use in saltwater systems due to their superior ability to resist corrosion caused by chloride. Electronics and food processing industry employs them where high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity are required in the system. Their high-temperature and pressure stability renders them appropriate for critical and long-term operation.
