Nickel Alloy Bolts are generally produced using Nickel 200/201, Inconel, or Monel grades. For Nickel 200, the composition is Nickel (≥99%), Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Copper (≤0.25%), Silicon (≤0.35%), and Carbon (≤0.15%). These bolts offer superior mechanical strength, with tensile strength of approximately 380 MPa, yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. With a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1446°C, Nickel Alloy Bolts are non-magnetic but highly conductive. They are superiorly resistant to corrosion in alkaline, acidic, and high-temperature conditions and exhibit longer-term stressed performance.
