Nickel Alloy Tubing is made up largely of Nickel (up to 99.0%), with residual contents of Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Copper (0.25%), Carbon (0.15%), and Sulfur (0.01%). This material possesses excellent mechanical properties with a tensile strength of around 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. Physical properties involve density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting range of 1435–1446°C. They possess high corrosion resistance, superior thermal conductivity, and high workability and thus are recommended for harsh conditions and high-temperature usage.
