Nickel Alloy Wire consists mainly of Nickel (up to 99.0%), with controlled amounts of Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Copper (0.25%), Carbon (0.15%), and Sulfur (0.01%). These wires show very good mechanical properties with tensile strength of about 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. Physically, they possess a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and a melting point range of 1435–1446°C. Nickel Alloy Wires provide excellent corrosion resistance, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and stability at harsh environmental conditions, which makes them appropriate for structural as well as conductive purposes.
