Nimonic 75 Bar is mostly composed of Nickel (approximately 80%) and Chromium (about 20%), with small amounts of Titanium (0.2%) and Carbon (0.1%). This composition provides it with very good resistance to heat, oxidation, and corrosive conditions. Mechanically, it possesses a tensile strength of around 750 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 40%, making it maintain strength under stress. Physically, the alloy has a density of 8.37 g/cm³, melting range of 1320–1380°C, and thermal conductivity of around 11.2 W/m·K, making it an ideal material for high-temperature industrial use.

Nimonic 75 Bar finds extensive application in high-temperature and corrosive conditions in many industries. It is used extensively in gas turbines for blades, rings, and combustion chambers, and in internal combustion engines for exhaust valves.
