Nimonic 80A Bar is nickel-chromium alloy with Nickel (≥69%), Chromium (19%–21%), Titanium (1.8%–2.7%), and Aluminum (1.0%–1.8%) with trace elements of Carbon (≤0.1%), Iron (≤3%), and Cobalt (≤2%). This alloy provides high mechanical strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Its tensile strength is approximately 1000 MPa, yield strength is 750 MPa, and elongation is about 20%. With a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1354°C, Nimonic 80A retains stability and performance in hot and stress-loaded conditions.
