Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings consist of Nickel (around 57%), Molybdenum (15-17%), Chromium (14.5-16.5%), Iron (4-7%), and small quantities of Tungsten (3-4.5%), Cobalt (max 2.5%), and Manganese (max 1%). They display great mechanical properties with a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa and yield strength of 283 MPa, while showing elongation of approximately 40%. Physically, the material has a melting point range of 1325–1370°C and a density of 8.89 g/cm³. The material is thus well suited to endure strong oxidizers, acids, and hot corrosion.
