Nickel Alloy 201 Tube Fittings consist of Nickel (99.0% min), trace amounts of Iron (0.4%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Carbon (max 0.02%), Copper (0.25%), and Sulfur (0.01%). These elements provide good resistance to alkalis and reducing agents. The fittings provide tensile strength of around 403 MPa and yield strength of 103 MPa, elongation ≥45%. They have a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting range of 1435–1446°C. Due to high thermal as well as electrical conductivity and excellent mechanical stability, these fittings show stable performance under harsh conditions.
