Nimonic 75 Sheets and Plates consist predominantly of nickel (~80%) and chromium (18–21%), with small amounts of titanium (0.2–0.6%) and carbon (≤0.08%). This combination confers good resistance to scaling and oxidation at elevated temperatures. Mechanically, the tensile strength of Nimonic 75 is approximately 750 MPa, yield strength is about 350 MPa, and elongation is approximately 35%. Physically, its density is 8.37 g/cm³ and has structural stability up to 1000°C. All these properties combined make Nimonic 75 suitable for applications where there is a need for high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance in harsh operating conditions.
