Nimonic 90 Sheets and Plates consist mainly of nickel (~55%), chromium (18–21%), cobalt (15–21%), with trace amounts of titanium (2.0–3.0%), aluminum (1.0–2.0%), iron (≤1.5%), and carbon (≤0.13%). This makes it possess high-temperature strength and superior oxidation resistance. Mechanically, it provides tensile strength of about 965 MPa, yield strength of about 585 MPa, and 20% elongation. Physically, it is 8.18 g/cm³ dense and also keeps performance up to 920°C. The properties of Nimonic 90 make it best suited for environments that need mechanical endurance and resistance to heat.
