The flanges provide a high tensile strength of around 795 MPa and yield strength of 550 MPa, with 25% elongation. The density is approximately 7.8 g/cm³, and they possess superior mechanical and corrosion-resistant properties over a broad range of temperature. Their structure gives them resistance against chloride stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, and general corrosion in aggressive environments.
