Super Duplex Steel Coil S32760 consists of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (6–8%), Molybdenum (3–5%), Copper (0.5–1.0%), Tungsten (0.5–1.0%), and Nitrogen (0.2–0.3%), with the base element Iron and Carbon ≤0.03%. These coils possess high mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 750 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and elongation of 25%. They are physically dense with a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1350°C. The alloy offers better resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, which makes it suitable for demanding environments that need both strength and corrosion protection.
