Super Duplex Steel Sheet and Plates S32750 contain around 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, and trace amounts of impurities such as manganese and silicon with the remaining portion being iron. Carbon is generally ≤0.03%. This alloy shows outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, they provide tensile strength of approximately 795 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and elongation of approximately 25%. Physically, the alloy possesses a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and maintains high strength and corrosion resistance over a wide range of temperatures, rendering it suitable for severe industrial uses.
