Hastelloy C22 Pipe consists of roughly 56% Nickel, 20-22.5% Chromium, 12.5-14.5% Molybdenum, 2.5-3.5% Iron, and 2.5-3.5% Tungsten, providing superior resistance to reducing and oxidizing environments. It possesses a tensile strength of about 690 MPa, yield strength of 283 MPa, and elongation of 45%. The density of the pipe is 8.69 g/cm³ and the melting range is 1350-1400°C. It also resists thermal instability well and has low magnetic permeability. These combined characteristics render Hastelloy C22 extremely resistant to harsh chemical and high-temperature environments.
