Nickel Alloy 200 Stud Bolts consist mainly of ≥99.0% Nickel with trace amounts of Iron ≤0.4%, Manganese ≤0.35%, Silicon ≤0.35%, Copper ≤0.25%, Carbon ≤0.15%, and Sulfur ≤0.01%. These bolts provide tensile strength of approximately 462 MPa and yield strength of 148 MPa, elongation at 45%. Physical properties of these bolts are a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting range of 1435–1446°C. These stud bolts have excellent corrosion resistance in reducing and alkaline environments, with high thermal and electrical conductivity, and are therefore dependable for demanding structural applications.
