Nickel Alloy Pipes are chiefly composed of Nickel (ranging from up to 99.0% based on grade), along with trace levels of Iron (0.4%), Copper (0.25%), Manganese (0.35%), Silicon (0.35%), Carbon (up to 0.15% in the case of Nickel 200 and 0.02% for Nickel 201), and Sulfur (0.01%). The pipes possess outstanding resistance to corrosion in acidic as well as alkaline environments. They have a tensile strength of 403 MPa (Nickel 201) to 462 MPa (Nickel 200), yield strength of 103–148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. Physical properties are a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1435–1446°C, with better thermal and electrical conductivity.
