Jyoti Steels, a Mumbai, India-based renowned manufacturer and supplier of top-grade Inconel Screws, delivers high-strength fastening products for harsh environments. An expert in corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant fasteners, Jyoti Steels delivers Inconel screws to international quality standards and meets critical applications in aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and oil & gas sectors. Where precision engineering, strength, and timely delivery are concerned, the company guarantees that its Inconel screws provide maximum performance under high pressure and high temperature, and as such, are well-suited for both structural and specialty fastening applications.
Inconel Screws, which are usually produced from Inconel 625 or 718, consist of Nickel (Ni) 50–63%, Chromium (Cr) 17–23%), Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%), Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–5.5%), Iron (Fe) up to 5%), and traces of Titanium, Aluminum, Manganese, and Carbon ≤0.08%. These screws have very good mechanical properties, with tensile strength up to 1240 MPa, yield strength approximately 1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–30%. The density is around 8.44 g/cm³, and melting point is between 1290–1350°C, which guarantees their performance in conditions with high heat, stress, and corrosive factors.

Inconel Screws are applied where there is a need for high resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and heat. In the aerospace industry, they find application in the assembly of turbine engines, exhaust systems, and structural parts. In the oil and gas industry, Inconel screws find applications in offshore platforms, high-pressure pipes, and drilling machinery. Chemical plants use them in equipment that is subjected to corrosive acids and solvents. They are also employed in nuclear power stations, seagoing equipment, and heat processing machinery. Their strength to withstand severe conditions puts them at an advantage for both high-performance and safety-critical use.
