Jyoti Steels, India Mumbai, is one of the most prominent Inconel Forged Fittings producers and suppliers of high-strength and corrosion-resistant components specially designed for extreme industrial environments. Keeping precision, long life, and international quality in mind, Jyoti Steels supplies products to various industry sectors such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, and chemical processing. Their Inconel forged fittings are perfect for high-temperature, high-pressure uses and are relied upon for their performance, dependability, and extended service life in critical applications globally.
Inconel Forgings Fittings, generally Inconel 625 or 718, contain Nickel (Ni) 58–63%, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–5.5%, and Iron (Fe) ≤5%, along with trace elements such as Titanium, Aluminum, Manganese, and Carbon ≤0.08%. These fittings possess superior strength and durability with tensile strength up to 1240 MPa, yield strength approximately 1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–30%. Their density is about 8.44 g/cm³, and they melt between 1290–1350°C, providing excellent mechanical and thermal stability under hostile conditions.
