Inconel 718 Forged Fittings consist of Nickel (50–55%), Chromium (17–21%), Iron (balance), Niobium + Tantalum (4.75–5.5%), Molybdenum (2.8–3.3%), Titanium (0.65–1.15%), Aluminum (0.2–0.8%), with minor amounts of Manganese (≤0.35%), Silicon (≤0.35%), and Carbon (≤0.08%), Sulfur (≤0.015%), and Cobalt (≤1.0%). These fittings provide a tensile strength of approximately 1240 MPa, yield strength of 1030 MPa, and elongation of around 12–20%. They possess a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and melting point of 1260–1336°C. Their superior strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability make them perfect for challenging applications in high-stress environments.
