Inconel 625 Forged Fittings are produced from a nickel-based superalloy that has very high strength and corrosion resistance. The chemical composition consists of Nickel (Ni) ≥58%, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–4.15%, Iron (Fe) ≤5%, with trace elements such as Manganese (Mn), Silicon (Si), Aluminum (Al), and Carbon (C ≤0.10%). These fittings have a tensile strength of 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The density is 8.44 g/cm³, and the melting range is 1290–1350°C, so they are perfectly suited for harsh conditions.
