Inconel Tubing is normally produced with Inconel 625 or 718 alloys and provides superior corrosion and heat resistance. The chemical composition consists of Nickel (Ni) 58–63%, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–5.5%, and Iron (Fe) ≤5%, and trace amounts of elements such as Titanium, Aluminum, Manganese, and Carbon ≤0.10%. These tubes have high mechanical strength with tensile strength of up to 827–1240 MPa, yield strength of about 414–1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–30%. The density is about 8.44 g/cm³, and the melting range is 1290–1350°C, providing structural stability under harsh conditions.
