Inconel 625 Tubing consists of Nickel (58% min), Chromium (20–23%), Molybdenum (8–10%), Niobium + Tantalum (3.15–4.15%), and traces of Iron, Carbon, Manganese, and Silicon. It provides great mechanical properties such as a tensile strength of 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of 30%. It is physically dense at 8.44 g/cm³ with a melting point around 1290–1350°C. Inconel 625 has great pitting, crevice corrosion, and oxidation resistance, coupled with good fatigue and creep resistance, which makes it ideal for extreme and corrosive conditions.
