Inconel 600 Tubing consists primarily of Nickel (minimum 72.0%), Chromium (14.0–17.0%), and Iron (6.0–10.0%), with minor elements like Carbon (max 0.15%), Manganese (max 1.0%), Sulfur (max 0.015%), Silicon (max 0.5%), and Copper (max 0.5%). It offers high mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of approximately 655 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, and elongation of 40%. It is physically characterized by a density of 8.47 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1354–1413°C. The properties confer excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature conditions, making the tubing highly reliable in challenging applications.
