Inconel Pipes consist mainly of Nickel (≥72%), Chromium (14–17%), Iron (6–10%), and trace elements like Manganese, Silicon, Carbon, and Copper (each ≤1%). This helps in having very good resistance towards corrosion and oxidation even at high temperatures. Mechanically, Inconel pipes have tensile strength of approximately 758 MPa and yield strength of 345 MPa, with elongation ≥30%. Physically, the alloy possesses a density of 8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1350–1400°C. These characteristics render Inconel pipes ideal for high-temperature, high-stress, and corrosive service conditions.
