The alloy exhibits superior mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of 30–35%. Its density is 8.44 g/cm³, with a melting point of 1290–1350°C. Inconel 625 is highly renowned for its resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and high-temperature oxidation.
