Inconel 718 Pipes consist of a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy. The standard chemical composition consists of Nickel (Ni) 50–55%, Chromium (Cr) 17–21%, Iron (Fe) balance, Molybdenum (Mo) 2.8–3.3%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 4.75–5.5%, with Titanium (Ti) 0.65–1.15%, Aluminum (Al) 0.2–0.8%, and traces. The pipes have tensile strength of ~1,240 MPa, yield strength of ~1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–20%. The alloy possesses a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1260–1336°C and provides superior mechanical stability at both cryogenic and high temperatures.
