Inconel 800-H Bar is composed mainly of Nickel (30–35%), Chromium (19–23%), and Iron (balance) with the addition of Carbon (0.05–0.10%), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), and Titanium (0.15–0.60%). The bars have superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength ≥520 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physically, they are renowned for excellent oxidation and carburization resistance at high temperatures and possess a melting point of 1357–1385°C. These properties render Inconel 800-H bars perfectly suited for high-temperature structural applications, with excellent metallurgical stability and mechanical strength under thermal stress and corrosive environments.
