Inconel 718 Bolts consist of Nickel (50–55%), Chromium (17–21%), Iron (balance), Niobium + Tantalum (4.75–5.5%), Molybdenum (2.8–3.3%), Titanium (0.65–1.15%), and Aluminum (0.2–0.8%), with small amounts of Carbon (max 0.08%), Manganese, and Silicon. These bolts have superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength up to 1240 MPa, yield strength approximately 1030 MPa, and elongation of 12%. Having a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1260–1336°C, Inconel 718 bolts provide excellent resistance to stress corrosion, fatigue, and oxidation in harsh temperature and pressure conditions.
