Inconel 625 Bolts consist mainly of Nickel (58% min), Chromium (20–23%), Molybdenum (8–10%), and Niobium + Tantalum (3.15–4.15%), with small amounts of Iron, Carbon (max 0.10%), Manganese (max 0.50%), and Silicon (max 0.50%). These bolts have very good mechanical properties like tensile strength of 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of 30%. They have a density of 8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1290–1350°C. Inconel 625 possesses superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation at high pressure and elevated temperatures.
