Inconel 617 Bolts consist of Nickel (44.5–60%), Chromium (20–24%), Cobalt (10–15%), and Molybdenum (8–10%), with trace additions of Aluminum (0.8–1.5%), Carbon (max 0.05%), Iron, and Silicon. These bolts have tensile strengths of about 540 MPa, yield strengths of 270 MPa, and elongations of 30%. The density is about 8.36 g/cm³, and the melting temperature is between 1330–1380°C. Inconel 617 has outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation, carburization, and creep and is suitable for application in thermally and chemically hostile environments where long-term structural stability is needed.
