Inconel Forged Fittings are generally made up of Nickel (≥72.0%), Chromium (14.0–17.0%), and Iron (6.0–10.0%), with minor amounts of Carbon (≤0.15%), Manganese (≤1.0%), Silicon (≤0.5%), Sulfur (≤0.015%), and Copper (≤0.5%). These fittings have a tensile strength of approximately 655 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, and elongation of approximately 40%. Their physical properties are a density of 8.47 g/cm³ and melting point of 1354–1413°C. This content gives them exceptional resistance to carburization, oxidation, and corrosion, together with superior mechanical properties and structure under harsh operating conditions.
