Super Duplex Steel Washers, which are commonly produced from grades such as UNS S32750 or S32760, consist of about 24–26% Chromium, 6–8% Nickel, 3–5% Molybdenum, 0.2–0.3% Nitrogen, and balance Iron, with the presence of trace elements such as Mn ≤ 1.2%, Si ≤ 0.8%, and C ≤ 0.03%. These washers provide tensile strength ≥ 800 MPa, yield strength ≥ 550 MPa, and elongation of about 25%. Physical characteristics are a density of approximately 7.8 g/cm³, a melting point near 1350°C, and very good pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance in severe, chloride-containing environments.
