Inconel 600 Pipe Fittings consist mostly of Nickel (72%), Chromium (14-17%), and Iron (6-10%) with small quantities of Copper, Manganese, and Silicon. These fittings have very good mechanical properties with tensile strength of approximately 655 MPa and yield strength of about 310 MPa. They have good elongation (up to 45%) and hardness (Rockwell B88). Physically, Inconel 600 has a density of 8.47 g/cm³, a melting point of 1354–1413°C, and very good thermal conductivity, which makes it ideal for high-temperature and corrosive conditions.
