Inconel 625 Pipe Fittings are manufactured from nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with high corrosion resistance and strength. The alloy composition is Ni 58% min, Cr 20–23%, Mo 8–10%, Nb + Ta 3.15–4.15%, Fe ≤5%, C ≤0.10%, together with small additions of Mn, Si, and Al. These also add oxidation and pitting resistance. Mechanically, the tensile strength is 827 MPa, the yield strength is 414 MPa, and elongation is 30%. Physically, it has a density of 8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point range of 1290–1350°C, providing durability under heat and high stress.
