Inconel 718 Pipe Fittings are made of a corrosion-resistant, high-strength nickel-based superalloy. The general chemical composition is Nickel (Ni) 50–55%, Chromium (Cr) 17–21%, Iron (Fe) balance, Molybdenum (Mo) 2.8–3.3%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 4.75–5.5%, Titanium (Ti) 0.65–1.15%, Aluminum (Al) 0.2–0.8%, and Carbon (C) ≤0.08%. The fittings have a tensile strength of ~1240 MPa, yield strength of ~1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–20%. Having a melting point of 1260–1336°C and a density of 8.19 g/cm³, they have superb stability, fatigue resistance, and long lifespan in severe conditions.
