Inconel Pipe Fittings are mainly made of Nickel (≥58%), Chromium (20–23%), Iron (5–7%), Molybdenum (8–10%), and Niobium (3.15–4.15%), with the Carbon content being restricted to ≤0.10%. These fittings possess excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa, yield strength of approximately 690 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physically, they exhibit good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and thermal fatigue, together with a melting point close to 1350°C. This balance between strength and corrosion resistance makes sure that Inconel pipe fittings are stable under harsh temperatures and chemically aggressive conditions, thus being applicable in critical systems.
