Monel Coils consist primarily of Nickel (63-70%) and Copper (20-29%), with trace elements such as Iron (2.0-2.5%), Manganese (up to 2%), Carbon (max 0.3%), and Silicon (up to 1.5%). These coils provide a tensile strength of around 550 MPa, yield strength of 240 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The physical characteristics are density of 8.8 g/cm³ and melting range of 1300-1350°C. Monel Coils have very good corrosion resistance in sea water and acid environments, good heat conductivity, and retain mechanical strength in low and high temperatures.
