Monel K500 Bars consist mainly of Nickel (63–70%) and Copper (27–33%), with Aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and Titanium (0.35–0.85%) added for age hardening. They further include Iron (≤2.0%) and Manganese (≤1.5%). These components impart Monel K500 Bars superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength of up to 965 MPa, yield strength of approximately 690 MPa, and elongation of 20%. The density of the bars is 8.44 g/cm³, and melting point is 1315–1350°C. The composition imparts superior corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, and mechanical stability under aggressive environments.
